In the framework of the cooperation, besides the two projects, we support the general communication activities of the Foundation. We have defined the following objectives:

  • Create communication strategy for the Foundation.
  • Supporting the communication of events in order to increase the number of visitors.
  • Content management for social media channels in order to attract new sponsors.
  • Fulfillment of the communication objectives related to the projects defined in advance.


At the beginning of the cooperation, it was a challenge to synchronize the non-profit organizational operation and our own operation. Furthermore, it was also a challenge how to fit to the different project goals.


We started the work with a two-day communication strategy workshop, where it was possible to clarify the framework and define the most important communication messages and goals. Subsequently, together with the Foundation, along the established communication strategy, we developed an activity plan for the project tasks and the implementation of the various communication activities.


During three years of cooperation, we have achieved the following results:

  • Started Foundation's instagram channel.
  • Renewed the newsletter.
  • Update image elements.
  • Communication support for multiple large-scale events.
  • Involvement of influencers in the activities of the foundation.
  • The Foundation's media coverage has doubled.
  • Attendance at social channels has increased significantly.
  • Exceeding KPIs related to the communication activity defined in the projects.
