The goal of the Hungarian Fencing Association was to ensure the training of the communication team so that they could handle the management of their Facebook and Instagram pages in-house but at a professional level and that they could also manage ads with appropriate targeting and efficiency.
During the workshop, in addition to the technical settings of the platforms, we jointly conducted competitor and target group research, audited the current platforms and did a # research. The participants learnt how to manage pages at a professional level, create a content calendar, schedule posts, create creatives in Canva, and manage ads. During the three-month mentoring program, one of the association's employees mastered the ads in practice under supervision.
Facebook and Instagram pages are managed professionally, and the follower base has grown significantly since the training.
